 Identify exactly
which stage of the relationship you've
achieved with each of your customers-and then learn how to "take it
to the next level!"
There are four levels in all,
from the "default mode" of Level 1 ("Anything coming down for me
this week?") to the complete trust of Level 4. You may eventually
have Level 4 relationships with some of your customers. Those
relationships can take years to cultivate. But you can have Level 3
and Level 4 "moments" with all of your prospects and customers.
That's how you differentiate yourself and rise above other
salespeople in your customer's eyes.
A word of caution: You can't
get to Level 4 by operating at Level 1. Set your personal "default
mode" at Level 2 (The Chart shows you how) and you'll already be
viewed by clients as 100% better than every other salesperson who
approaches them at Level 1. From Level 2, you'll progress to an even
greater mode of effectiveness.
